In a way I think recruitment is easier for OOS/Oor girls that are showing up without knowing people. If you are dropped, there isn't much investment - it's after a five or ten minute conversation. And the houses are all so great if you find a fit you'll be fine. If you are more familiar with girls in the house(s) the cuts can seem more personal. Best wishes during rush!
