Go ahead and apply if you have a score that you will get accepted with. You can always wait until September/October to fill out the scholarship portion, and you’ve had time to take the ACT again. Housing application doesn’t open until the beginning of October ish (or at least the year I applied). You need to have paid your freshman deposit to apply for housing and the earlier you apply for housing, the better. I applied at the beginning of October and got the 5th floor of tut. Good luck!
