Some houses are traditionally senior houses and so only a few select juniors (usually those on exec) get to live in because so many seniors take beds. I had an alpha gam friend who didn’t get in the house her junior year despite having a 4.0 and a room in the house paid for by her family. Kappa is sophomores. Generally more social houses are filled with girls from all PCs because they have a tougher time filling the house and therefore it’s not as hard to get a spot. No boys or alcohol is a huge drawback for some girls. I also know several girls in different houses who lived in all three years so it really depends on the house. I personally am in a house where girls aren’t as interested in living in and I liked living with all different PCs because I got to meet a ton of girls I wouldn’t have otherwise. While we do have to pressure girls to live in I think it works out for the best.
