what is this post? all houses are open to members of any pc to live in the house IF 1. they have openings and 2. the girl applying to live in meets the requirements i know for my house, you have to have a certain gpa to live in house regardless of what grade you're in. and then beyond that, it's based on seniority, involvement, and good standing.
