I wish I knew that even the tippy top pnms get cut from houses and usually are relieved to get their favorite house after pref. I have come to realize that the final lists are critical and many very sought after pnms are on second list after pref and they end up with not top choice on their own card. It requires a lot of strong convos to finish on a top house first list for a non legacy
