Dude here. From a large city outside of the south. I'm on the Presidential Scholarship (not the elite), and came here because of the awesome college experience, and I'm going to Grad School, so it doesn't matter where my Undergrad is done. My family could EASILY pay the full tuition, but I'm not dumb enough to turn that money down.
