None of the Jefferson Houses are moving to University, as another poster stated it is not about popularity on who got to build a new house. The houses that have recently built on University have all the credentials the university wants to see in order to build. All the University fraternities have the size, alumni support, finances and consistent chapter sizes the university used on evaluating who got a prime spot. Now that there is no more lots to build on University, the Jefferson houses only option is to level their houses and build new on their current locations or buy another Jefferson house and level that to build new. Sadly, the Jefferson houses over time are going to fall in desirability and wouldn't be surprised of a couple shutdown from the lack of numbers.
