After IWT I only had 7 houses (not a total heartbreak because I’m from far OOS with no connections so I expected a lot of cuts the first round). My biggest heartbreak was after philanthropy when my top 2 houses cut me and I only had 3 houses left and they were all just “ok” to me. On pref I only had one house left and it was the one I had liked the least on skit, but I was mostly just relieved to not have been cut altogether. My house that I ended up on through no choice of my own ended up being perfect for me. I never would have picked it but if I could do it all again it’s the house I’d want to be over any other house. Most of you will probably have heartbreaks during rush, don’t let it stop you from being excited about the houses that pick you at the end of the week.
