I agree with the OP. Chi O’s strength is that they don’t have a set in stone “type.” We all know the type of girl Phi Mu, Zeta and Alpha Phi go for. We all know the Kappa type. The KD type. I think Chi O and Tri Delt both benefit from pledging a variety of girls. I do think Pi Phi probably has the highest return rate of new row because them and Zeta are imho the best two houses, but again, Zeta has such a distinct “type” that it is a turnoff to girls that aren’t that type. So Pi Phi is a great alternative.
