Have a good attitude going in. Tell yourself that you’ve got until initiation to decide if you want to drop but until then you are going to give it a genuine shot. It’s ok if you’re upset on bid day (but I’d recommend trying to hide it), my little showed up sobbing on bid day because my house was her second choice after Phi Mu (I’m in a lower-mid NR house). She was upset but still gave my house a shot and ending up being so happy that it’s where she ended up.
