Well ranks certainly aren’t to be based solely on YOUR opinion PNM interest is the best measure to create a good and valid rank. And the OP is a fair assessment of that. We have seen your rank, and it is biased. Thats okay, we all have biases. But yours are not superior to any one else’s. You favor a certain type of “placidness”. The oatmeal houses. Understood. (Many) Others like a little more spice. And this balances out as reflected by the OP. Which does reflect MY bias. But I am wise enough to consider mine and others opinions.
