I think this is a legit question. In my home state (and a lot others for sure) all the big 3 or 4 Greek schools have people who went to high school and camp together and so when there's a football game or big fraternity party, people from all over the state get together. In Alabama, there's only really Auburn which is mostly in-state, but in-state Alabama and Auburn girls will definitely hang out with each other, but it's more like high school/camp friends hang out with each other and not so much like the two Phi Mu chapters arrange for events (that I know of). Sometimes for SEC games there are intra-sorority events, but I'm not sure if it's true of all houses.
