yes!! Putting on a universally well-liked rush does not mean that the house is friendly to out of state. Kappa certainly has a big out of state presence, but look up their chapter officers... almost all from mobile or mountain brook. Two of my really good friends from rho chi went kappa (far OOR) and they were really disappointed by their treatment in the house once they pledged.
