Phase I consists of the Alpha Phi, Gamma Phi Beta, Alpha Chi Omega, and Chi Omega projects. Construction on these projects is either currently under way or will begin soon, and the estimated completion date is Fall 2014. Phase II consists of the Kappa Delta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and Phi Mu projects, and these projects are in the planning stages. Construction on these projects will begin upon completion of the Phase I projects. The preliminary estimated completion date for these projects is no later than Fall 2016. Phase III will consist of Alpha Omicron Pi, Delta Zeta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Pi Beta Phi, and Zeta Tau Alpha.
