I am sure there are CW writers in some of the houses. It would make a great story. Then we might be able to get an idea if they really do just take better girls from the start, do a better job and developing the girls they do take, or if they are cheating or gaming the system in some way. From the reactions on here I am thinking it is a little of all 3 of the above.
