100% yes lmao. but for a lot of girls who were super skinny in high school the extra weight actually helps them fill out a little and it looks good. for a lot of other girls though they gain the weight in the wrong places, like in the face or around their waste. and the thing is, you honestly won't notice it until your jeans start feeling tighter and when you go home on break and see friends you haven't see in months and see that they've gained weight too. i think the best way to avoid the freshman 15 is to just be mindful of what you're eating. sororities don't offer the healthiest meal options, a lot of meals have heavy carbs and a lot of salt. eat what you want in moderation. pick granola bars over poptarts, pick popsicles over ice cream, etc. and be careful with fried fridays!
