I mean it’s nice of you to remind us of the legal jargon but it’s kind of pointless. There are literally hundreds of pregames off campus for sorority date parties every Thursday night that aren’t registered and that’s never going to change. It’s against the rules in my sorority and I assume in many others to legitimize events that have alcohol besides date parties and swaps (they like to pretend we don’t drink), so as actives we’re kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. In any case, nationals would never let us legitimize an off campus house.
