I'm in a mid tier NR house and I can say that variations of this is prevalent in ALL the houses here. In terms of social media, nearly all the houses consistently post their prettiest girls or the pictures that look the most fun. There's a girl standing in the stadium holding a shake? Boring, but as long as she's pretty it makes the house good. There's a girl skydiving? Fun, again it makes the house look good. EVERY house does something like this. To say that Theta is the only house that does this is just an honest lie. I know lower ranked houses may need to work harder to curate a cute instagram or tumblr but I mean they're not doing anything different that what the the higher ranked houses are.
