OR/frumpy biased ranks like the OP put XO and AGD too high. They also place ADP high. KD low. And Theta bottom. Given this slant - Surprised the OP was a friendly to APhi as she was but it's a fair comment - not sure how to place them these days. Agree it's is a view of the world. Other - more current/social biased - would drop XO, AGD, ADP down a notch and switch ZTA and PiPhi. And bump up KD.
