Honestly not really sure why you're breaking houses down into categories based on money considering all houses have relatively the same dues. Theta used to be somewhat less expensive but you need to consider that that was because they didn't have a new house. Their dues have increased and will continue to do so now that their new house is under construction. Also Alpha Chi has some of the lowest dues among the new houses so again I'm not sure why you said "axo if you got money." To the OP - You seem like you would fit in well with academically focused houses, such as Alpha Chi, Chi O, Theta, ADPi, and DDD... Frankly, you sound like a perfect fit for all 5 of these houses. But don't limit yourself to just these. ALL the houses here are great.
