I came from far OOS. Didn't know anyone here. Selected my roommate through social media as we clicked and were becoming friends - picked decorations and bedding for the room, excited about rush, beginning college, etc. After IWT, she got deep cuts and I had many of the houses we talked about wanting before we got our cards. And it continued in that direction. She really held a grudge and we never really clicked after that. Our friends early on in the rho chi where more in her boat than mine and they all kind of pulled away, with different houses than mine. I remember being confused and lonely. It was a tough couple of weeks, dealing with her and settling into the house. It had all worked out - but that's what I remember. \n\n\n\n\n
