No connections at all as in you have not met a single sorority girl or have a friend in a house anywhere. I’m taking no connections to mean none at all. 3.4 is not that bad if you are really cute and dressed perfectly. Everyone is dressed up but some girls just have that perfect dress on that no one else has and it is just perfect and she stands out. If you have a 3.4 and stand out and have a great Personality and click with actives you could do better than you think. But you would have to be running on all cylinders and be really memorable.
