Around 7% of girls who start recruitment don’t get bids. I don’t know what the actual breakdown is beyond that, but the large majority are girls who either drop out of rush because they aren’t happy with the houses they have left or suicide on pref and don’t get matched with the house they put. If I had to guess, maybe 2% just get dropped completely. It is almost entire girls with very low GPAs who know (or should know) coming in that their chances aren’t good. For a VERY small number of girls it is because they are very shy or just weird.
