DDD is pretty universally acknowledged as having a good PC this year. AXO and especially XO did not have standout PCs so I would say they were best. I also don’t think AOPi had a bad PC, just average. For the houses you didn’t include I’d say Zeta and GPhi had good PCs, ADPi was average (better than bad?) A good or bad PC is pretty relative to what image the house is known for/ going for and what their current status is
