this question is a catch 22... you can list houses that you think are underrated but then someones going to call you out for self ranking. but anyways... i think pi phi, adpi, dg, and theta are underrated houses. i think pi phi and adpi kind of get lost in the middle tier moshpit and i don't think anyone ever really gives them credit... adpi has amazing grades and i can honestly say i never hear anything bad about the house. and pi phi is (in my mind) the nr version of ddd, they have a lot of very social girls but they're also smart and outgoing. and i think a lot of people tend to just disregard dg and theta simply because of where they currently are in ranks. but i think both houses are really committed to grades and involvement. and from what i hear they have strong sisterhoods.
