If the rank OP gave is supposed to be objective, then KD, KKG and DDD are unquestionably top. Yes, they are the three historically top houses (and tradition does count for something here), but on top of that, all three get their share of the most desired PNMs every year and take girls all other houses wanted. Involvement - I'm not sure why you say these houses are not involved on campus. They have members in all the top organizations on campus. Especially DDD and KD. Social -- three of the most social houses, especially KKG. You see them out all the time. Grades -- DDD is always in top 5 for grades. OOS -- all three are good with OOS southern (esp big cities) and KKG and DDD are doing much better with OOR in last few years. KD too, actually, although they don't get enough credit for it.
