Just no and so out of date. Not everyone from these states just wants to hang out from their friends from high school. There are people in every one of the states you listed in every single sorority on campus. If you had a list of the members of each of the OR sororities for the past 5 years, I think you would see a dramatic shift in every single one of them. This is 2018, not 1994. I think the OP needs to put the wine down and put the kids to bed.
