I found plenty of alone time. My roommate and I had different class schedules and she would go out some nights that I stayed home, etc. I really liked the convenience of living in the house. Close to everything. Good food. And there are plenty of places to study on campus if you don’t want to be around people you know or be distracted. Plus you get to know your sisters way more living in the house.
