many reasons: - being baby sat. lack of parties. you have to register to throw a party. you can only throw a party certain nights, etc - more and more oos come here. so it's not so much of a oh i don't know anyone here, i'll join a sorority. their is social media. you can be from oh idk new jersey and automatically find 100 other jersey girls here. - keep in mind a weak greek system is a good thing...it means everything else is going great. city has more to offer, school has more clubs/sports you can join, football team is doing great, etc. when you have a strong greek system...it means the place sucks and there is nothing else to do.
