genuinely curious... what do you define as "doing really well" with recruitment. i have a close friend in gamma phi and she told me the '17 pc was messy. not to be rude, but half of the girls got very drunk before their bid day retreat and my friend told me her bid day little was throwing up on the bus. i've been around the '16 and '17 pledge classes enough to honestly say that they're very mixed. half of the girls are huge party girls with generally average/poor grades and the other half are kind of weird. i keep hearing that gamma phi is doing really well but personally, having had many firsthand experiences with them, i just don't see it... someone care to enlighten me?
