Oh my God, this. Does my house want to take the grade risks? No, but when panhellenic tells us we can only cut X number of PNMs and there are more than double that who have below a 3.2, what the heck are we supposed to do?? I honestly think UA (and maybe ole miss, UGA, etc) is kind of an anomaly in the sorority world— if you look at grade reports from almost anywhere else you’ll see a lot of bottom houses at the top because the houses recruit mainly off of looks but here it’s totally different.
