From what I've seen, Gamma Phi and Theta both got reasonably good pledge classes this past rush while DZ struggled and AOPi was kind of stagnate. Theta no doubt has been struggling in PNM interest over the past few years but I think they did well, or at least better, this past year. PNM's aren't jumping the gun on Theta but I think it's important to note that they're not necessarily doing that for the other lower ranked houses either. I'm a rising junior and a lot of my little's friends are Theta's and so I've been around their freshmen pledge class a handful of time this past school year. And I was honestly impressed by how many pretty and well put together freshman Theta's I've seen. I don't think Theta has ever really had a stellar rush but from what I've seen and heard they did well this year... I think having a rendering helped them somewhat and I think them rushing out of the stadium this year will help them even more. And I don't understand why people have to be so snobby about when a lower ranked house is making progress. I like Theta and I admire their diversity even though it seems like a lot of people like to claim that as one of their faults.
