I am also a hometown lead for my house (OR). Regardless of what some are saying, if you are OOS, we would rather take a sophomore (or even a junior who changed majors and will be around for three years) with good grades and a good rep than a questionable freshman. With a sophomore, you know you’re getting a quality girl with good grades. With some freshman, especially far OOS with questionable social media or hometown presence, we would be worried that she might not make it past first year.
