I’m in a lower mid house and my best friends who aren’t in my house are A Phi, KD, Zeta, and a couple GDI’s (and I legitimately have at least one friend in every house on the row). Never once has the “rank” of each other’s houses even been mentioned and honestly my friends who are in “better” houses come to hang out at my house/ our date parties all the time because they have a good time and like my house. Nobody who is worth being friends with actually cares are the “ranks” of the houses on campus
