Also remember that a lot of girls who come to bama were some sort of athlete/dancer/cheerleader their whole lives. You may think that by stopping those activities they'll gain weight but they actually end up losing weight. Their appetites decrease because they're not doing as much physical activity and they're losing a lot of muscle they previously had because they're not working out
