As someone above mentioned this school has zero recent history of houses coming on and automatically being “the bottom house” so I’m not sure why people are so confident it will happen this time. Both aphi and dg were immediately ranked above at least gamma phi if not theta, and that’s because a ton of girls both years decided they would rather be in the new sorority instead of the bottom one. Now, we have so many quality girls rushing that I doubt the lower houses will suffer that much, but many more PNMs do drop in colonization years than normal years.
