Gphi didn’t care to model their’s after their old house, it was really small and plain and wouldn’t have looked good blown up. Also like two other sororities lived there before them and it wasn’t even their original house so they just started fresh. Can’t speak to adpi, but they were one of the first to rebuild so they probably just did what they wanted
