I will be really interested to see the interiors of aopi and dz. The first two waves of houses to be finished (dg, adpi, tri delt, alpha gam, chi o, gphi, alpha phi, axo, all done by 2015) are gorgeous obviously, but more toned down. The next wave (kd, phi mu, kappa, pi phi) learned a lot from the houses before them and they all have extravagant furniture, decorations, etc. They make my house (in the first set) look kind of shabby in comparison. I’m curious if aopi and dz will be super over the top too or if they will be more like the older houses. Theta could go either way. They may give them the SMU treatment which I think is likely. That house is unreal.
