Sorry - for all the rec discussion here, didn't see it as that important. PC 16 and had a random number of recs to houses friends and family were from, and my invites didn't correlate. And, it wasn't like the "bottom" houses were the ones where it didn't matter. A good friend in PC17 had a similar experience and in comparing invites all the way to pref, seriously couldn't determine a top house where it limited us - combines over the two years. I know this is going to get serious down votes. Think it may be more true for OOR, where top houses may want girls of a certain "type" that may not come with all the awareness/knowledge to get recs to each house. Seems they are open to good pnms from OOR even without recs. Down vote all you want, but this was my experience.
