Not the poster from above but I think last year's large pledge class will help Theta in rush this year. They took a lot of quality social girls from OOR who feel throught the cracks because they were unknown. They will have some strong girls recruiting which is better then last year. I do think that not having a physical house will hurt. I wonder if their house will be finished for rush next year? That will make a difference. If it will be finished, they should not be hurt too much because the PNMs this year will be in a brand new house next year. Two cycles without a house will be bad.
