I assume you're from Alabama? I don't think any other state has a big enough presence for there to be full cliques from high school. The reality of the situation is that for a lot of instate girls who go OR, sorority life is just an extension of high school. Many instate girls find themselves pledging the houses that their older friends from high school are in. And once in the house, those girls who already know each other TEND to just stick together. I say tend to because this isn't 100% always what happens, but it happens enough to make a pattern of it. Almost all student from OOS make new friends almost immediately when school starts... Can't say the same for instate girls.
