Base your rankings on how you feel about the houses, not what you think they will feel about you, but also be prepared that your favorites may drop you. You should not worry about retention rates or the other PNMs since you have no control over that. If you like KD, rank them first because they may like you, but, as with all houses, they may also drop you. So, present your best self, make your list based on how you feel, and know that all of the houses can offer you a great experience, not just OR or "top ranked" houses.
