every house has their own top pnms. yes there are THE top pnms who come through rush that without a doubt go to certain houses, year after year. however, all other houses have their own target pnms. which is why ranking houses based on immeasurable things such as tradition is stupid. grades, reputation, and involvement all matter. ranks would be incredibly different if people ranked based on things like that.
