I agree with all of this but then it is up to the leadership team to notice and swap out girls who are not up to it in a round. This is especially true in later rounds. I could't believe how rude some of the girls were when I went through and once in our house made a point to bring this up. We are hosting and putting our best foot forward to make everyone feel welcome. There is no excuse for uninterested or rude but we have all seen it, especially in a few of the same houses. Funny to see those girls around campus, in classes, or at games and realize how irrelevant they actually are when they are now trying to be nice and chat us up.
