If you have Recs, good grades, aren't super unfortunate looking, good ECs, can carry a conversation, and aren't hung up on tiers, you will get a bid. Something like 93% of girls get a bid. Those who don't were either big risks or quit themselves because they thought they were too good for the houses that wanted them. VERY rarely does a good candidate fall through the cracks completely.
