I guess what differentiates the houses is that some have consistently made grades that put them at the upper top of the grade report while others continually stay at the bottom. When you just look at the grade report, yes, many of the houses are separate by a tenth. But houses like AXO, DDD, ADPi, and Theta have routinely made top half. While houses like DZ, GPB, and ZTA have had bottom GPAs for the past like 5 years if not more. And then APhi has been the bottom house in terms of grades since they were recolonized and only broke past a 3.0 last semester.
