I have to clear this up because Tri Delt is ALL OVER this website. Is Tri Delt a good house, maybe even top 6? Sure, but they are a very very inconsistent house and have gone in between bad pc & really strong PCs. They are known for taking QR and often get leftovers from Phi Mu/ AXO/ KD/ Kappa... Yes they are a good house but I would not put them in a top 3 or top 5.
