Your grades were good before you rushed, they had to be to get a bid. Greek life won't take someone with a 2.0 and transform them into a A/B student. There's a minimum GPA requirement to begin with, that's why the average greek GPA is high. You can't go greek without having a high GPA to begin with! Of course it serves as a motivation to keep your grades up, but it doesn't make you smart.
