Invites back are dependent on the votes of the girls you talk to. It's no more complicated than that. In getting such approval, there are going to be benefits to some things before you even open your mouth. This changes from house to house with some focused on grades some southern connections, and some looks, etc. So, if you are from out of the region, and at an old row house, you may start with a bit of a disadvantage. But if you are attractive and in appropriate clothes ( you don't necessarily have to spend a fortune, but there is "I look ") you will gain some ground. Not a grade risk, more ground. But it is really going to come down to having a great conversation - seem friendly, make the active feel good about you and herself, and that you are a good fit for the house - and you'll move on. The more houses you accomplish this at, the fuller your card.
