Kappa Sigma and Delta Chi hands down. Old Row are the first and oldest houses at UA and are all on University. New Row is Beta, Kappa Sig, OX, DX, EX, Pi Kapp, Pike, ZBT, ATO, LXA, DTD, Sig Ep. Most of New Row was once on Jefferson. None of it matters anymore now that houses have moved to University where, all of a sudden, a house like Phi Psi is considered legitimate just because of their location.
